BE AN ENTREPRENEUR, NOT AN EMPLOYEE!
- Who is An Employee? Employee is a person employed for wages or salary, employee is someone at a non-executive level.
When you are an employee you work hard just to get appreciated and get to the higher position, you work hard and you get to the higher position but still what? You are working under someone. You are restricted for what you are doing. You have to hear there orders and work hard just to achieve the organization's goal.
But when you are an ENTREPRENEUR you are working for yourself. The efforts you make as an employee if you make some more efforts you can get your own successful entreprise. As an Entrepreneur you are your own boss. You don't have to hear others orders and you are not restricted to do what you actually don't want to do.
So, how to become an Entrepreneur from an Employee
I'll tell you that Step-By-Step.
1. Find The Most Appropriate Field For You.
It is just like finding your passion but still it's not just that. You want to be an Entrepreneur but which type of Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurs are of various types which I've told you in my previous posts. So to know in which field you can perform better and can be more productive you have think about yourself, You have to identify you skills, abilities and experience. Think about where you want to see yourself working as per your skills.
2. Make Sure It Is Not Worthless.
Make sure you are not investing in something worthless. Wherever you are going invest is something in which people are interested, it's trending. Think others will pay you for that or not.
3. Take Surveys Know Your Customers Taste & Preference.
Assume, if you are going to be a Manufacturing Entrepreneur and you manufacture a good but is that good is something which can satisfy your customers needs and wants.
Before starting it find who can be your clients and know their opinions. Know what they want in your product, What are their Taste & Preference, how can your product satisfy their needs and want. After this go through the data you collected and make the product as per there choice of good. This will help you marketing your product more easily.
4. Make A Business Plan.
At this step you have prepare a perfect business plan. Planning your business strategies related to internal and external environment. How you will promote your enterprise. How your organization is going to function. It doesn't require to be super formal but make sure you are covering all the necessary stuff like How you will operate your organization, product. How your delivery system will work and expansion plans.
5. Set Up Your Business On A Small Scale.
In my previous post I told you about small-scale enterprise.
So, before setting up your business at a higher level start it from small scale. So, that you can test your idea is going to work or not. And doing it while continuing your employee job. Don't rush to quite your job.
This gives you a no-risk opportunity to test your ideas.
6. Take Feedbacks.
When you start it at a small scale start taking feedbacks from your first customer so that you can determine that for the idea you are working is great and where it needs to adjust. Take it seriously and make all the necessary changes.
7. Make Your Team.
If you think your idea is working. Know the requirements of people in your organization to work with you. Determine whom you want in your team when you launch it full time. You may need people to work in areas like finance, Customer service and production etc.
8. Saving.
Start saving money because when you start a business for first few months it requires money. May be you are not gaining any profit from that business for first few months but don't give up. Find investors from outside if required.
9. Legalize Your Company.
You have to make it legally registered while deciding what you want. Do you want to incorporate, form an LLC or create a partnership? Take care of all this things properly. How much shares are given to whom and profit sharing ratios everything need to be register legally.
10. Make Your Business Your Full Time Job.
So when your venture is ready, you have to leave your employee job so that you can focus more and put all your efforts in your own venture. But only when you feel now your venture is ready to make it your full time job. Be sure you are not burning all the bridges. You may need to work with them again in future don't destroy your relations
11. Make A Budget List.
Now you business need your full-time schedule devote yourself towards your business and starting setting up a budget list which will include all the expenses, salaries and for whatever the purchase you made. Don't try to waste your money on any not required expense.
12. Run Your Business As Per Your Marketing Plan.
Now all you gotta do is work on plan that you have made to work your business. Plans may need to change sometimes. But still keep on working and making more efforts. After all this now you are a full-fledged entrepreneur.
Becoming an Entrepreneur requires a lot of efforts but with your Entrepreneurship skills you can make it successful. The most important thing is don't give up. May be your venture take a year to give you profit but when it will start working and giving you profit you will never regret your efforts.

After this you are a free bird you left your old boring employee job behind and now you are your own boss as an Entrepreneur.
