TPS Cycles.

2. Transaction Processing :- It is done in two ways -
- Batch Processing :- Data is collected over a period of time & process periodically. It depends upon the organization who & when data is to be processed.
- Real time processing :- The data is processing immediately after the transaction occurs.
3. Maintaining Database :- For a period of a time one must update its transection processing system so that all the unwanted information should be removed to get important information on time.
4. Document & Report Generation :- TPS produce variety of documents & reports to the middle level management so that they can take decision accordingly.

Its a achievement to practice Writing, Visualising & Store data in OAS. It is an amalgamation of hardware & software so that other resources use their application to run business smoothly help in communication & increase the efficiency of an organization. It digitalize the data to store, manipulate, collect & relay on office information to complete their task & goals. It helps in all office activities with using computers. Middle Level Management System :- It deals with Maintaining, Controlling, Decision Making & Administration Activities of an organization. It deals with the production of what if It keeps control after the operation level management.
1. Knowledge Management System :-

It is basically opted by the technical person that/who help the organization about how to use information system. It basically deals with hardware & the software part of a computer.
