Entrepreneurship Word Came From French Word ENTREPRENDRE and English Word ENTERPRISE

Entrepreneurship Is A Wide Term. 

In my 1st post I told you about Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurship, and Enterprise. Now I'll tell you about Types of Entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs are of Many Types In Many Fields those are:- 

• Based On The Types Business.
• Based On The Use Of Technology
• Based On Ownership
• Based On Gender
• Based on The Size Of Enterprise

*BASED ON THE TYPES OF BUSINESS*

1. Trading Entrepreneurs - Trading entrepreneurs are the people who undertakes the trading activities. They take the final product from the manufacturer and sell them. Basically they act as a broker, some times they sell it directly to the customer or with the help of retailer. Trading entrepreneurs never engage in manufacturing. Trading entrepreneurs has to identify potential market, and knowing the demand for the various products. Creating a desire among buyers to go for his product is a required skill in a trading entrepreneur.

 As I told you in the previous post entrepreneur should be creative, if he is creative he can attract the buyers by using creative techniques.

Trading entrepreneurs engages among domestic and international trades both.Trading entrepreneurs can be a profit oriented person.

2. Industrial Entrepreneur- Industrial entrepreneurs/ manufacturing entrepreneur:- 

He is the one who manufectures the good/product as per the markets need. Industrial entrepreneur should be customer oriented person who think about customers taste and prefrences first, who's priority is customers satisfaction second is his profit. just like the trading entrepreneurs industrial entrepreneurs should also recognize the whole market before launching any product they should understand the external environment. For this they can take help of trading entrepreneurs or organize various surveys to know the taste and prefrences of buyers.

He is a product oriented man who started the industrial unit assuming the possibility of more new products.

3. Agriculture Entrepreneur- Agriculture entrepreneurs are those who are creative in field of agriculture. Person who bring new techniques or method of agriculture, covering the wide spectrum of agriculture activities like getting new technology or  method of cultivation,irrigation , selling the agriculture product.

*BASED ON THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY* 
1. TECHNICAL ENTREPRENEUR- Technical Entrepreneurs are those who establish the industries which are based on science and technology and make them appear successfully in the market. The person who use science and technology in there industry is TECHNICAL ENTREPRENEUR. They use innovative methods of production.


2. NON-TECHNICAL ENTREPRENEUR-  As The Name Defines It Self, The person who is not technical entrepreneur. They do not use science and technology in there Enterprise. To make there business survive they use alternative and imitative methods of marketing and distribution strategies.

*BASED ON GENDER* 
1. MEN ENTREPRENEUR-
When Men is the one who is responsible to manage and control the enterprise and he is the owner.

2. WOMEN ENTREPRENEUR- 
When Women is responsible to manage and control the Enterprise and she is the owner.

*BASED ON THE SIZE OF ENTERPRISE* 
1. SMALL-SCALE ENTREPRENEURS-
Small-scale Enterprise or we can call it a small business. Small-scale enterprise is that kind of business where there are less number of employees. And does not have a high volume of sales. This kind of Enterprises are mainly owned by sole proprietors or in a partnership.
Small-scale business have different conditions which varies by country or industry.
Small-scale enterprise which invests up to Rs.1cr in Plant and Machinery. This type of Enterprises are known as small-scale enterprise.

2. MEDIUM-SCALE ENTREPRENEURS- Usually Medium-scale enterprise results from successful small-scale enterprise. When company starts earning more it starts expanding and investing more on Buildings, Plants & Machinery. Medium-scale entreprise invest on Plant and Machinery above Rs. 1cr. But below Rs. 5cr. These are Medium-scale entrepreneurs.

3. LARGE-SCALE ENTREPRENEURS- Large-scale entrepreneurs invests more than Rs. 5cr. On Plants and Machineries. Large-scale enterprises have a big amount of sales and turnover. When there sales are more they requires more Machineries, Equipments etc. They have more employees. These kind of Enterprises are called Large-scale enterprises.
